General Information •Testtakers Singapore (The Company) is a test preparation and education-consulting provider. •The Company provides services including but not limited to independent school and university test preparation programs. •The Company is deemed to have commenced its services when the registration and terms and agreements form is signed and payment is received, unless or as per an agreed-upon arrangement between the customer and The Company. •The Company does not assure the applicants of a certain test score at any time during or after completion of the course program or admittance into any education institution and non-desired test score result or non-admittance into the institution does not constitute no service by The Company. •The Company reserves all rights to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Services •Services are one-time contractual fees payable upon registration with The Company. Options for payments may be granted as per an agreed-upon arrangement between the customer and The Company. •Payment is to be made regardless of whether or not the customer made use of the services. •Customers are still liable for the outstanding amount even if they have discontinued the program/course. Absences and Make up Sessions •All student enrollees are expected to attend all of the seminar sessions. •Make up sessions are provided as a courtesy and, when available, are arranged and conducted at the sole discretion of The Company. •Absence notifications and make up session requests must be submitted verbally or in writing no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the session date that the student enrollee will not attend. •The Company can refuse any future make up sessions for any student enrollee who either cancels a make up session any later than 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the scheduled make up session time, or fails to show at the scheduled time. Discontinuation/Change of Program/Course •Customers are to fill in the respective forms, with regards to any discontinuation of programs and/or courses and /or any changes in their programs, service plans and/or courses. •Forms can be obtained from Testtakers Singapore upon request. •Submission of forms shall not be construed as a release of obligation from paying the outstanding balance of the service fee(s). •If approved, a copy of the forms will be mailed to the clients within 2 weeks of submission. •Customers are advised to check their registration status with the Program Director if they did not receive a written reply within 2 weeks of submission of registration form and payment, failing which it will be assumed that there is no change in the customers’ status. Fees and Refunds •Full payment is due before the first session of the course. •By default all payments are non-refundable. Any full or partial refund is made at the discretion of The Company.
